Courtney!

Courtney said: “Our Daughter was diagnosed around the age of 4 months with Optic Nerve Hypoplasia, which essentially means she’s legally blind. After this diagnosis we were sent to have an MRI of her brain which uncovered she had a pretty significant cyst on her brain. Then off to more specialists. We had just left the University when we reviewed a phone call that our daughter had some pretty serious endocrine issues going on and needed to start medication ASAP! After many hospital stays, forced feedings, and many many tears we discovered that she also has EOE and needs a special diet. Then while all this is going on we also notice she isn’t growing as she should even on special medical formula, after a few more tests and tears we now discover she doesn’t make any growth hormones and needs a hormone replacement shot daily. Our Daughter Kinley is now in Preschool, it’s probably the most exciting and scary thing I’ve ever been through! Many IEP meetings and days I just feel like rushing to the school to get her! She’s also developmentally delayed and even after many specialist appointments nobody can tell me why. It’s a rough road some days but I wouldn’t have it any other way! She’s the most loving child when she warms up to you and brings Joy to many people’s lives! Having only one income in our home these pictures would mean the world to us!”

Courtney, check your email to get your session set up – I can’t wait to work with your family!  <3

PS: I couldn’t let anyone walk away empty-handed, so everyone who commented will be receiving an email very soon with an offer from me for sharing your story.  <3
