Bright-eyed baby boy { newborn photos Cedar Rapids }
Merritt was such a bright-eyed baby boy during his newborn session! He was SO not interested in sleeping. 😉 He seemed like such an old soul – he didn’t cry much, he just wanted to look around and take it all in. We added some lifestyle shots at the end to capture those gorgeous bright eyes. His two big brothers came along to the studio for some sibling shots, and it was easy to see how in love with him they were! They were so kind and gentle with him – it melted my heart. And isn’t his mama gorgeous? She had her hair and makeup done at the beginning of the session by Kendra Aarhus Van Kerckhove – something I offer as an add-on to all newborn sessions. New mamas deserve some pampering after all they’ve just gone through! Here’s a peek into our session – thank you, S family! <3
