Spring maternity { Cedar Rapids pregnancy photos }

I’m finally sharing some images from this gorgeous spring maternity session! (Please don’t calculate how far behind I am on blogging…) 🙂

We snuck out for a quick (chilly!) spring maternity session with the M family, and it’s a good thing we scheduled it when we did. The little guy just couldn’t wait to meet his family, and he arrived almost a month early, just a few days after this session happened!

The trees hadn’t quite gotten their leaves yet, but we loved being at Morgan Creek Park just the same. This area was somehow spared from last year’s derecho, and it’s become one of my favorite spots to shoot.

PS: Love this gown? It is now part of my client closet! Maternity clients are welcome to borrow it for their own sessions.
