Welcome to the MISS Walk 2015 recap! \u00a0I’m so honored to be able to donate my time and services to the MISS Foundation<\/a> during their Kindness Walk this Saturday morning in Iowa City. The Miss Foundation supports parents who have lost a child, from any cause, at any age. \u00a0My good friend Jen is heading it up this year, and it’s a cause that is near and dear to her heart. Her sweet son Jesse was born still at 33 weeks due to an umbilical cord accident – the puppy in their family pictures represents him, and has been in every picture I have taken of their family since he was born. If you’re in the Iowa City area Saturday morning, please consider coming down to Lower City Park for the walk – there will be some awesome raffle prizes and refreshments! \u00a0If you can’t make it and you feel so moved, donations are welcome and appreciated on Jen’s MISS Foundation fundraising page<\/a>. \u00a0More information about the walk (including directions and a schedule of events) is available HERE<\/a>.<\/p>\n
